LICENSED PROJECT ARCHITECT

Location:

  • Position is open to employee workout out of our office in Great Falls or working remote in the flathead area.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for project management including leading teams, meeting schedules and budgets, and controlling quality
  • Responsible for developing designs and technical solutions, and for directly participating in the production of high quality construction documents
  • Must be flexible and willing to work independently, or in collaboration with junior and/ or senior staff as required on a project-by-project basis
  • Effectively manage team members to maintain positive interaction, while ensuring the highest quality
  • Willing to work on multiple fast-paced projects at the same time
  • Ability to perform thorough code reviews. Experience with IBC required, NFPA 101 LSC and AIA Health Care Guidelines experience a plus
  • Dedication to go the extra mile to serve and inspire clients
  • Participate in construction site visits and construction administration
  • Responsible to coordinate with in-house and sub-consulting engineering disciplines to lead integrated project delivery

Requirements:

  • 0-10 Years (post-licensure) Experience
  • Masters of Architecture, or Professional Bachelors (5-yr degree)
  • Architectural license, with NCARB certification
  • Proficiency in Revit required. Experience with AutoCAD & Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
  • Ability to lead and support dynamic teams on multiple projects
  • Experience with all phases of project delivery, from design through completion of construction
  • Experience with healthcare and/or education projects preferred
  • Positive attitude, with a desire to contribute to firm culture

ARCHITECT INTERN

Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing designs and technical solutions throughout all phases of project delivery

  • Responsible for production of high quality construction documents and specifications in collaboration with, and under the supervision of licensed project architects

  • Prepare graphic project and marketing presentations

  • Participate in construction site visits and assist in construction administration

  • Coordinate with in-house and sub-consulting engineering disciplines to help lead integrated project delivery

Requirements:

  • No experience required. 1-3 Years experience preferred

  • Masters of Architecture, or Professional Bachelors (5-yr degree)

  • Proficiency in Revit required. Experience with AutoCAD & Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) is a plus

  • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills

  • Ability to contribute to all phases of project delivery, from design through construction administration

  • Ability to collaborate on dynamic project teams, as well as work independently

  • Passion to learn the professional trade and craft of architecture

  • Positive attitude, with a desire to contribute to firm culture
