Connecting directly to the historic Milwaukee Depot, this development creates a vibrant new hub along the Missouri River in Great Falls. The project introduces 121 premier residential apartments with modern amenities—including underground parking, a dog wash, fitness center, rooftop patio, and ground-floor terraces—paired with a dynamic commercial core. The commercial spaces feature four distinct restaurant concepts, a coffee bar, event space, and expansive outdoor gathering areas, making it one of the few destinations in the city to offer outdoor dining along the river.

Designed to complement the timeless detailing of the Depot, the new construction bridges historic character with contemporary living. By utilizing podium construction, the project maximized rentable square footage and achieved additional floors of housing on a previously underutilized site. Today, the Station Lofts brings new energy to downtown and reconnects the community to the riverfront through thoughtful design and activated public space.
