Dustin Prinzing

Construction Administrator

I'm a fifth-generation Montanan, born in Great Falls and raised on our family farm in Chouteau County. My ties to the community inspire me to preserve Central Montana's essence. In my formative years, I learned the construction trade from my father while also working on the farm. Later, my MSU education and experience led me to Missoula, where I eventually was called back home after the birth of my daughter, Madelynn.

For nearly a decade, my father and I crafted custom homes and remodels, refining my eye for detail. In 2016, I joined the City of Great Falls’ Building Department as their Sr. Plans Examiner where I received a firsthand education on the demands of building code review. A short six years later, I found myself accepting a Construction Administrator position here at LPW, a decision that continues to bless me with experience, responsibility, and reward.

My journey encompasses a unique blend of agricultural roots, construction skill, and civic involvement. I strive to better our construction trade through compliant, efficient, and safe building practices. I look forward to a promising future for myself, our firm, and our community.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”
